Yes, we do if and only if the product received by you is damaged during transit. For more details you can refer our RETURN AND REFUND policy.

We ship within 2 to 3 working days from the date of payment. You will receive your package within 5-7 working days depending upon your shipping place. If the concerned person has not received within the mentioned number of days, she/he is expected to let us know (by mentioning the order number# ) immediately so that we can take further actions.
NOTE: In case of parcel missing – We can’t take responsibility if we are not notified within the said number of days. Also, We do not have a personal delivery team who can call you in advance before delivering a product and we absolutely cannot decide the specific time period the package has to be delivered. We use courier services to do the delivery and it’s entirely Upto the particular service/delivery staff when it comes to the delivery.
